⦁ In a pan over medium heat, cook turkey until browned. Set aside. Heat oil in pan, and cook onion, zucchini, red and yellow bell pepper, and spinach until tender. Return turkey to pan. Mix in the tomaotoes and tomato paste, and season with italian, garlic, salt and pepper. Stuff peppers with pan mixture. Return peppers to oven for 15 minutes. Lightly season with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper.
